Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Prime Form Calculus LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when organizations use the website, signup flow, and hosted AI decision governance API.

Request API Key

By signing up for API access, you agree to the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected

Prime Form Calculus LLC may collect account and contact information, billing-related information, API usage data, request metadata, decision records, governance receipts, audit artifacts, verification-related records, and operational or security telemetry needed to run, secure, and support the service.

This is a business-to-business service for governance of automated and AI-driven decisions, not a consumer app. The information we collect reflects that product model.

Information Submitted Through the API

Customers may submit request payloads and related context through the hosted API so PFC can evaluate proposed actions before execution. Depending on the integration, those submissions may include business data, user or subject identifiers, resource identifiers, policy references, action details, or other fields chosen by the customer.

Customer-submitted data may be included in logs, decision records, signed receipts, verification artifacts, or audit evidence depending on service behavior and configuration. Customers are responsible for deciding what they send to the service.

How Information Is Used

We use information to provide the service, authenticate access, evaluate requests, meter usage, support billing, maintain decision records and verification workflows, respond to support requests, and monitor reliability.

We also use information for security, abuse prevention, fraud detection, incident investigation, legal compliance, and protection of the service, our customers, and the public site.

Retention

Retention periods vary by data type and by operational, legal, security, billing, and dispute-resolution needs. Some information is retained for shorter service-delivery windows, while logs, billing records, or audit-related materials may be retained longer where reasonably necessary.

We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for these purposes, subject to applicable law and our operational requirements.

Sharing

We may share information with hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, customer support vendors, and other service providers acting on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required for legal compliance, to protect rights, security, or safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Security

Prime Form Calculus LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. No system or transmission method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may collect and use security telemetry to detect abuse, protect accounts and API keys, investigate incidents, and maintain service integrity.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right and appropriate basis to submit data to the service, for the legality of their policies and integrations, and for configuring downstream systems in compliance with applicable law and contractual obligations.

Prime Form Calculus does not own customer business decisions or downstream execution. Customers remain responsible for how PFC outputs are used in production.

Cross-Jurisdiction Processing

The service may use infrastructure or service providers located in different jurisdictions. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed or stored outside your home jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and contractual controls.

Policy Updates

Prime Form Calculus LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
